Ballajura Community College will be running school based immunisations for Year7 and Year 10 students. Students will receive an immunisation consent form on Friday 19/04/2024 during PCG. Please sign and return these forms to the relevant PCG teacher. More information can be found through scanning the QR code of the image or contact Student Services.
