Applications for enrolment at Ballajura Community College in Years 7 to 12 are now open.

Thank you for your interest in applying to enrol your son/daughter at Ballajura Community College.

We provide a vibrant, high quality learning environment where students are challenged to reach their academic potential. Our College is an inclusive and nurturing community where staff and students are proud to support the College's key values of Respect, Equity, Achievement, Care and Health.

The College is a Department of Education Specialist School - Academic, offering an Advanced Curriculum Education (ACE) program for eligible students in Years 7 – 10. We also offer a specialist Music program and, commencing in 2024 for Year 7 students, a Basketball Excellence program.

Our LINKS program in Years 7 and 8 provides learning support for students and our ACCESS program in Years 9 – 12 provides flexible pathways for students wishing to explore employment and training pathways, including traineeships, apprenticeships and courses with external Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

We also offer a Education Support program for student with disabilities.

A large choice of quality courses are available for students leading to university, Vocational Education and Training (VET) and employment pathways. Ballajura Community College is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering a small range of industry standard Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses in house.

To apply for enrolment, please complete our online application for enrolment form and return it with the documents below. The following documents will be required with your Application for Enrolment form:

    • The most recent school report
    • The most recent NAPLAN report
    • Year 10 – The most recent OLNA results in Reading, Writing and Numeracy
    • Birth Certificate
    • Identity documents (if applicable)
    • Immunisation Certificate (If you do not have a copy of your child’s early childhood immunisation history, you can call ACIR on 800 653 809 and present your Medicare number to have a copy sent to you)
    • Court Order (if applicable)
    • Proof of address

and, if your child was not born in Australia, you must provide:

    • Evidence of the date of entry into Australia
    • Passport or travel documents; and
    • Current Visa and previous Visas (if applicable)
    • In addition if your child is a temporary Visa holder, you must provide extra documentation (please contact the school).
