Payments for Contributions and Charges can be made through one of these options:
- By VISA or Mastercard via BPOINT
- By cash, EFTPOS or credit card in person at the Cashier.
Payments can be made to the Cashier in the Main Administration office during normal business hours
Please note we only accept Visa and MasterCard. - By credit card over the phone
- By direct deposit (Please note: due to closing dates associated with events, excursions and Subject Subject Online, we strongly recommend that these payments should made via Consent2Go, BPOINT or in person. They should not be paid directly into our bank account).

Student Contributions and Charges are circulated as follows:
- Invoice 1 – Sent in Term 4 of the previous school year following subject selection
- Statement 1 – Sent in Term 1 and will outline outstanding Contributions & Charges
- Statement 2 – Sent in Term 2 and will outline outstanding Contributions & Charges
- Final Outstanding Statement – Sent in Term 3 outlining all outstanding Contributions & Charges for each student.
Parents and guardians of Year 11 and 12 students will also be contacted by phone requesting payment of all outstanding monies or the establishment of a formal payment plan.

We will follow up any concerns, respond to your query and, if necessary, issue a revised statement.
Some families may not be in a position to pay contributions and charges all at one time.
Please do not hesitate to contact the College if you have any queries regarding contributions and charges.
- $235 Educational Program Allowance is paid directly to the school and is taken as payment for the Voluntary Contributions.
- $115 Clothing Allowance is paid directly to the applicant's nominated bank account, to assist with purchasing of the school uniform. Alternatively, parents have the option to pay it to the school to decrease their outstanding balance of Voluntary Contributions and/or Charges.

Saver Plus

Saver Plus is a free 10-month savings and financial education program that helps eligible families save for education expenses.
Developed by ANZ and the Brotherhood of St Laurence, and delivered by The Smith Family and receives funding from the Department of Social Services, it’s designed to build long-term financial wellbeing.
Saver Plus can assist with a wide range of education-related expenses, including:
- Devices and technology
- Excursions and camps
- Subject-specific resources
- And many other approved costs
