Students participated in a digital Q & A session with professionals from Lendlease – an International Construction and Management company.  Lendlease staff shared their career journeys and discussed challenges with students.  The My Career Rules program (facilitated by ABCN), gives students the opportunity to prepare questions and interact with professionals from Lendlease, opening their minds to careers that reflect the current workplace.

Students took the following tips from potential employers:

• Take pride in yourself and your work
• Pay attention to details
• Learn how to solve problems
• Your personality is important
• Own your mistakes
• Communication is key
