Year 12 Politics and Law student Max Arrowsmith has been selected to attend the prestigious National Constitutional Conventions in Canberra this year.
Mrs Duggan, his 2017 Politics and Law teacher, said it was a great honour for Max and the College.
“Max will be one of only 12 delegates from Western Australia,” she said.
“The Convention will be held from March 20 until March 22, 2018 and the topic will be ‘Section 44: is it still relevant in modern Australia?'
“This is an opportunity for Max to increase his knowledge of constitutional matters and take part in important political discussions. During the Conventions he will also visit key locations in Canberra including Parliament House and Government House and take a tour of the High Court of Australia.”
