PUBLIC FORUM AND MEETING WITH MINISTERS
The Prime Minister, the Hon Kevin Rudd MP, advises there will be a Community Cabinet meeting at Ballajura Community College, Illawarra Crescent South, Ballajura, Western Australia on Wednesday 22 April 2009.
All interested members of the public are welcome to attend the Community Cabinet Meeting, and request a one-on-one meeting with a minister, but must register in advance.
Community Cabinet meeting program
4.30pm - 5.45pm Arrival and confirmation of registration
Light refreshments will be served.
6.00pm - 7.00pm Public forum
The Prime Minister will address the forum and this will be followed by a question and answer session from the audience.
7.15pm - 8.15pm One-on-one meetings
Ministers will be available for a limited number of pre-arranged one-on-one meetings with individuals or groups. Each meeting will be limited to 10 minutes.
Registration
To attend the Community Cabinet you must register in advance. Registrations open 8.00am (WDT) on Thursday 26 March 2009 and close 4.00pm (WST) on Wednesday 1 April 2009 unless maximum capacity is reached prior.

One-on-one meetings with ministers
To request a one-on-one meeting with a minister you must contact the Community Cabinet Secretariat, this will also register you to attend the public forum.
