Wall of Fame
2009 Nominations now open
Ballajura Community College has initiated a Wall of Fame program to recognize students, past and present who have achieved significant cultural, academic, social or sporting excellence at a recognized national level. The Wall of Fame program compliments the very successful College Colours program that began operating this year. A panel of eminent citizens has reviewed the nominations received and has announced those BCC students or alumni members that will be inducted to the Wall of Fame in 2006. The College acknowledges and appreciates the sponsorship it received for this project from Mr Mel Congerton. The Ballajura Wall of Fame is on display in the College's Performing Arts Theatre for all to see.
In 2006 the first ceremony inducting current and former students into the Wall of Fame was conducted. This formal, annual event is held late in Term 3 and recognizes outstanding achievements in categories of distinction for Community Service, Academia, Cultural and Sporting excellence.
