Dr Tim Hawkes, Headmaster of “The King’s School” in Sydney, was our special guest at BCC today. Dr Hawkes presented the first of a series of lectures in Perth on how the development of leadership skills can be encouraged in schools. Dr Hawkes is also author of Learning Leadership, a series of four textbooks for secondary schools which has already become a best seller within Australia even though it has just been released. A strong contributor to educational debate, Dr. Hawkes is frequently called upon as a conference speaker both nationally and internationally.
